It would be interesting to see whether the franchise will stick with Adam Lyth at the top of the batting order. He has scored only 40 runs from five innings but picked up two wickets in the defeat against Southern Brave. Tom Kohler-Cadmore, who has opened the batting for Yorkshire, is an alternative option.
The Northern Superchargers will be relying heavily on their spinners. Adil Rashid claimed two wickets and conceded just 19 runs in 20 balls against Southern Brave. He also became the first player to cross the ten-wicket mark in the tournament. However, Mujeeb Ur Rahman was on the expensive side after Quinton de Kock gave him a tough time.
