R POWELL VS R PANT

Caribbean big-hitter Rovman Powell has made excellent contributions in the last few matches for Delhi. He brought up his maiden Indian T20 League fifty - off just 30 balls - and put together an unbroken 122-run stand with David Warner against Hyderabad. Meanwhile, Rishabh Pant continued to impress fantasy cricket players. The Delhi skipper clinched his eighth 40+ fantasy points score in the ongoing season on Thursday. 

Verdict: R Pant could thump R Powell.

M THEEKSHANA VS K AHMED

Chennai's Maheesh Theekshana takes on Delhi pacer Khaleel Ahmed in a spin versus pace Match-Up. Both players bagged a three-wicket haul in their respective last matches. The Sri Lankan is Chennai's joint second-leading wicket-taker with 11 scalps at an economy rate of 7.42, while Khaleel has 14 wickets from just seven outings. 

Verdict: K Ahmed is likely to beat M Theekshana.

A NORTJE VS M CHOUDHARY

Anrich Nortje made a successful comeback from the hip injury as he dismissed Kane Williamson in the powerplay and finished the match with 1/35 in four overs. Chennai pacer Mukesh Choudhary went wicketless against Bangalore and gave away 30 runs in his three overs. He has picked up five wickets, including a three-wicket haul, at DY Patil Stadium this season. 

Verdict: A Nortje could win his first Match-Up in the 15th edition.
