Indian T20 League 2022 Playoffs: Rajasthan vs Bangalore Match-Ups

Rajasthan and Bangalore will square off against each other for a place in the final of the Indian T20 League 2022 season. S SAMSON vs W HASARANGA

A quickfire 47 helped Sanju Samson rack up 70 fantasy points against Gujarat. It was the second time in three matches the Rajasthan skipper picked up 50+ fantasy points. All-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga is two wickets away from overtaking Yuzvendra Chahal's tally of 26 wickets. The Sri Lankan, likely to finish behind Samson in the fantasy points chart against Rajasthan, dismissed Deepak Hooda and finished with 1/42 in the Eliminator.

Y CHAHAL vs R PATIDAR

Yuzvendra Chahal faces an uphill task against Bangalore's Rajat Patidar. The Purple Cap holder could only clinch four fantasy points in Rajasthan's opening playoff fixture. Meanwhile, Patidar, on Wednesday, became the first player to hit a three-figure score in the playoffs after his stunning 112* against Lucknow. Despite claiming just two 50+ fantasy points in his last nine matches, Chahal has the edge over Patidar in this Match-Up.

R ASHWIN vs D KARTHIK

Ravichandran Ashwin, who had a forgettable outing with the ball against Gujarat, will be confident ahead of the Qualifier 2 clash as he picked up 3/17 in the reverse fixture against Bangalore this season. Dinesh Karthik played a vital hand in Bangalore's victory over Lucknow. The 36-year-old's unbeaten 37* saw him cross 300 runs in the 15th edition. Ashwin is likely to have the last laugh in a Match-Up of seasoned players
