Lucknow will be hoping to spring a few surprises in their maiden Indian T20 League campaign. The franchise picked KL Rahul, Marcus Stoinis, and Ravi Bishnoi as the three draft players. Meanwhile, they bought Quinton de Kock, Jason Holder, Krunal Pandya, Avesh Khan, Mark Wood, Deepak Hooda, etc., in the mega auction. Rahul will lead the squad, while Andy Flower is the head coach.
Lucknow, who open their campaign against Gujarat on March 28, will face Delhi, Gujarat, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Rajasthan twice in the 15th edition. They take on Chennai in their second game and lock horns with Hyderabad and Delhi at DY Patil Stadium in the next two matches. The newly-inducted franchise will wrap up the league stage campaign on May 18.
